organizing submissions:
When a member submits art, you will receive a group message with a thumbnail and it will says 'submitted to -insert gallery folder-, if it is submitted to the right folder, vote yes (only 1 vote is needed to accept the submission). If it's not in the right folder, vote no.

If you want to move a submission that's already in the gallery to the right folder, click gallery and there should be a small pencil icon near each thumbnail. Click "move to" (not "copy to".)

Write only things that are important such as new contests, suggestions, or exciting news about Naruto or something. xD

Why did you placed the submissions to submit 2 submissions every 30 days? Do you think that's too long? 2 Submissions a week would be sufficient.

Well, when I tried to submit, the little message said it only allows 2 submissions every *30* days. Someone changed the settings and made them too long. I'll try again.

I checked again and all the folders are set to the global setting of 5 deviations per day. I'm also the only one able to change the submission settings. Maybe it's a temporary glitch?
